This project consists of the phased extension and refurbishment of an early Victorian end of terrace townhouse in central London. Although the rear of the property overlooks a commercial service yard, the property is situated in a Conservation Area. Planning approval was recently granted for a bold rear addition. Wrapped in a rough charcoal coloured render, two large rooflights allow light to penetrate deep into the property without compromising the privacy of the clients.
